Had a good day today,. met a fellow aa and went to the gym and sauna with him and then catched a train into nottm to meet my sponcer who took me though step 9 + 10 then on the way home met a friend I had not seen in a long time and was nice to see him again!
so hot here! thinking of going out for supper as too hot to cook.
Like I had replied in another post. It works if you work it. I have had a couple of hardships along the way but I would repeat to myself, even if my ass falls off, I don't drink. It seems to be working for me so far. Don't forget about those cookies.
