Calming the Body’s Anticipation Response

Hi all, my body reacts with tension even before things happen meetings, travel, even conversations Im just thinking about. Its like I brace for life in advance. Whats helped you calm that anticipation response naturally?

Anticipatory tension is so sneaky your body starts reacting before youve even done anything. I used to live in that loop until I realized I was always preparing for threat, even in harmless moments. The shift came when I started supporting my nervous system before stress showed up. On Amanita Universe https://amanita-universe.us/ I read how people use dried fly agaric as a kind of buffer for reactivity. It doesnt numb or dull you it just prevents the build-up from happening in the first place. I started taking it in small doses before known stressors, and the reaction was less automatic. I could enter the moment instead of defend against it. That subtle difference changed how I experience life.
