We first conducted a thorough audit of all existing resources and processes to identify areas where efficiency and transparency were being lost. We then decided to implement a system based on a platform that allowed asset management to be integrated with the ERP without disrupting the current workflow. We chose a solution that centrally tracks all assets, their lifecycles, and technical condition, with convenient tools for maintenance planning and reporting.
