Well the offli is closed.. Another sober night for me
I didnt go to a meeting.. Had been thinkign about it.. wasnt really sure if i would or wouldnt tonight.. but i kept dosing off in the bath and when i woke up i was starvin, no time to eat and go to meetin.. So went out for a burger.. then drove the route that I walked on sunday to clock the milleage which was exactly 5 miles..
Came home.. Made some cheese n crackers, cheese n marmite sandwhiches, chunky slices of cucumber, couple of pickled onions and spring onions .. Put tv on.. then dvd...
Still quite tired.. But.. Saturday tomorrow..

Not ending with anything kinda poetic tonight, just that im looking forward to another sober night in bed. Alittle more relaxed tonight, probably helped along by the fact I havnt got work tomorrow..
really pleased for you mate. i would like to reccommend a book for you it is called 7 days to sobriety. it has every thing you need in it, if you follow the instructions in this book , you are likely to succeed.
it tells you to go to A.A as well which is a sure sign that it is good, it is on amazon cheap (£3.70)
Sounds like an interesting dinner. I wonder, really, if you can buy Marmite here in U.S. Sounds intriguing, with all those B Vitamins.

p.s. It turn out to be a long day of driving, for about 3 1/2 hours, at one point when i was coming home, it took over an hour to travel 1 and 1/2 miles. YUCK, now I am exhausted, just had dinner,watered all my yard plants, and have to stay awake until at least 9:00 p.m., so I wont wake up in the middle of the nite. All i can think about is Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
