Considering my own journey into recovery and the journeys of many I have helped this isn't interesting or enticing at all...at least for the old me, the pre-AA me. I do see a lot of money to be made though. I like the analogue version that I do now better. (((hugs)))
I personally do not see any alternative to the 'face-to-face' meetings that have proved so successful over time ... you can sit in the meetings and read the sincerity of those sharing their stories and see the truth or the fantasy ... you cannot replace the handshakes and the hugs with digital medium ... ... ...

Exactly, Pappy. AA is designed as an in person treatment for alcoholism. Althouth, electronic communications are increasingly supporting AA activities.
Annum Health is not an alternative for AA, as the headline states. It is an alternative for conventional rehab. I wish them luck in their efforts.
I totally agree with you Pickle, ... this is a 'fatally flawed' idea as a substitute for AA ... if they have even 1/2 of 1 % success, I'd be surprised ...
