Get better. I have taken care of countless patients after bypass. Hope you came back feeling better than you have in years, which is often the case. Follow the rehab and come back better than ever.
Right now every day IS a challenge, not for the alcohol, thank God and you guys and others like us, that desire was removed, but just the time waiting for this surgery ... ... ...
As I have mentioned, I think, Surgeon's appt. is this come'n Fri., earliest possible, without go'n into full blown 'heart attack' ... I am take'n several nitro pills a day to stop the chest pains that appear outta nowhere ... I CANNOT (dare not) do anything to raise my heart rate ...
Thank you guys for keep'n me in your prayers, I'm sure it's the only reason I'm still around ...
LOVE

Was a nurse for many year including in ICU and Cardiac care and Emergency. I have seen how it affects people. Some things humans do well- bypasses are one of them. Know then you have a following and are there with you always. In thought, prayer, action and word- written and spoken. This too shall come to pass. Hang in there big bud, you are needed. Mood lightening (bad) joke. Q: How many alco's does it take to change a light bulb? A: One. They hold the light bulb while the rest of the world revolves around them.
