I just left a very powerful meeting this morning. Alcohol not only kills the body physically but mentally and spiritually way before the physical form is destroyed.
I am an alcoholic, I know this because I don't have an "off button" when I start drinking!! Gratefully to be sober today. Keep comin back it works if you work it.

Welcome to MIP lucie15, ... glad you joined us ...

Would love to hear you share some of your ESH if you feel like it ... Most of us here are sober only by work'n the program of AA ... and if it DIDN'T work, most of us would be dead ... so you are so right, it does work if you work it ...
