When I feel uncomfortable, irritated or depressed...I look for fear..."The evil corroding thread is the root of my distress"....fear of Failure...fear of others "opinions"....fear of Harm....and many others...a 1000 forms of ungrounded fear...

Solution: Get into Action...stay calm and cool...have faith..in yourself that God will provide the needed strength...Nothing good ever comes from fear...don't be reckless though ...be prudent.

My sobriety is contingent on my spiritual well being...just for today
