You mentioned the thought of trying non-alcoholic wine in your post ... don't think that's a good idea, although, I drink Welch's grape juice for breakfast every day, LOL ... but it doesn't come in a 'wine' bottle with the cork or cap sealed either ... I just love the taste and the health benefits ...
So, if you can convince yourself your safe with non-alcoholic wine, why not just get some grape juice ... it comes in the store 'white' also ... remember, in this program, we seek 'change' ... my sponsor told me when I asked him what I needed to change about me, he said, oh, not much, just everything ... ... ...
