Yes - if users have the feature "last modified" selected for there viewing pleasure - which is located at the bottom right of your screen. You may also select 'start date' or other things depending on your personal preference. I like to keep mine on 'last modified' so I select it, and then bookmark the main page - and then when I go back to this site - it is automatically selected. If I do not book mark it this way - it will automatically go back to the default which I believe is start date. In your personal settings, there are other options available, such as being emailed when ever someone posts on your thread.
Yes, post that are replied to are moved to the top now, so the original poster as well as other group members can share their ES&H and the reply doesn't slip through the cracks because it is left at the bottom of the page, as was the case before.
