Some people dont need to fight with anyone to be at war. Their battles are with themselves.
Maybe it was a tough upbringing. Maybe it was a traumatic event. Maybe it was a lost opportunity or relationship. Or maybe their battles within are the result of exalted opinions of themselves.
On this earth, few of us will ever be 100 percent satisfied with who we are and be totally at peace within. As we grow older, we should naturally experience that peace to a greater degree. But when self-warring is strong enough to hinder all other relationships, we need to take a good look inside.
