Bad habits are easier to form than good habits. Its easier to wallow in a bad attitude than to change the way we look at life in a positive way. Those principles are true of both groups and individuals.
What is the attitude of the various groups you belong to? Your neighborhood friends? Your work department? Your family? Your church? Is there a spirit of negativity and complainingor a spirit of joy? Most importantly, what attitude do you bring to the table?
Are you positive or negative? Do you go forth into the world with a contagious joywhere even mountains and hills begin to shoutor do you succumb to a prevailing negativity? The choice is yours!
Dear God, help me to take joy into every situation and every meeting I have today. Amen.

Yep, I agree ... but a lot of people associate the Big Big Book with religion ... even though it teaches no religion, cause 'religion' is man made ... ... ... you're right, practical spirituality plus a lot of common sense in these emails I get ...
