Only I'm trying to work on my flesh and bone house. I signed up for a very lengthy and intensive physical fitness program. I have no doubt it will add years to my life. It never would've been something I considered while I was a practicing drunk. 

 

 

Don't worry,  I won't be posting any nude before and after photos. You people are already sick enough ;)
