I was driving home after a long day of work.  I felt strange.  I couldn't explain it.  I just could not put my finger on it...  It was joy.  I am getting better at recognizing moments of serenity.  I didn't have that when I was drinking.  I am so very grateful today to be a sober women.

Hey Mich, ... Great to hear from you ... ... ... this is called an 'ah-ha' moment or better yet, one of the 'spiritual awakenings' we refer to ... it hits us all differently , but it comes if we live the program instead of just doing facetime in meetings ... ... ...

Hi Kathy,
Not sure if I have felt what you did but hopefully will recognize it and be grateful when it happens.
Thanks for posting...that was lovely.

Nice Kathy!  Thank you for posting your Spiritual Experience.  Enlightenment for me is the FEELING of Being and free from suffering.  Sounds like you had this moment.  I've learned these moments can be felt but never understood mentally.  I like to call this Present Moment living.  Keep on, Keeping on........
