Thank you.

Before my 5 years of sobriety (2005-2010) I was everyday drinker, maybe not blackout drunk but drinking daily none the less. Those 5 sober years were a time of great growth and happiness. I went back to the bottle in 2010 for 3 years and decided this past February that if I wanted to be counted as one of the living I needed to put the bottle behind me. I'm at 7 months and counting one day at a time. Maybe I can be of both help to myself and other alcoholics by participating in this forum.

Al...

I know you've already helped me...Can I ask you two questions Al?

Have you had a spritual awakening? An entire psychic change?...As a result of working the 12 steps?

And...

What led you back out?....If you know.

Hey Ullysses, ... your experience with drink'n or not drink'n can help others ... it's helps them see themselves in a different light ... someone will identify with what you share and it'll make them think about where they are in the program ... so we're glad you're here ...

Love ya man and God Bless,
Pappy
