Better Relationships

I pray for the opportunity to form better relationships now that I am in recovery.

The Program has revealed a need to completely overhaul my attitudes about intimate and personal relationships.

Most of the time I never really needed better partners, I just needed to be a better person.

I so identify with this. I have a long history of having dysfunctional relationships - and for a really long time I blamed other people. Making the transition to sobriety has helped me understand the joke that the only thing all your bad relationships have in common is you. Even just in the past four months, I have grown in most of my relationships - with my partner, with my friends, with my supervisor, with my family, and of course with my HP. Thanks for the share.
