Hello......just want folks to know that I'm not going to be on the board much for a while...gotta pull back a bit from all-things-computer.

For me to maintain sobriety, serenity, and a sound spiritual condition on a daily basis I must attend to all the elements that come together to create  balance over the long haul. I never take a single day of recovery for granted, no matter how much they've added up. All I have is today, and I have learned to be very protective of the quality of my "todays".

I am at the saturation point, moving too close to H.A. L. T., risking serious imbalance between the virtual world online, and the fresh air and activities of my life here in my little corner of the world. SO, not to worry, I be fine!!

CUL8TR~and love to all. coffeecup.gif coffeemachine.gif  My e-mail is on my profile.

Yes, hope to see you again. You were in instrumental part of me getting sober. I came in and you happened to be having an aa anniversary. I read your short gratitude post about what it was like - and what it's like now - the puke and the tv dinner and your daughter - and the decades of recovery since... I thought = hmmmm another mom? Maybe I CAN do this. And so it began. Thank you for your service.

Take care and come back and visit from time to time. We'll leave the light on for you. No need to knock just walk in.

Hey Leeu,
Sometimes you need to shed. Sometimes you need to focus on simplicity. I know where you are on this. Drop back in when you are refreshed.
