12 Signs of a Spiritual Awakening

1.  An increased tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.

2.  Frequent attacks of smiling.

3.  Feelings of being connected with others and nature.

4.  Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

5.  A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than from fears based on past experience.

6.  An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

7.  A loss of ability to worry.

8.  A loss of interest in conflict.

9.  A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

10.  A loss of interest in judging others.

11.  A loss of interest in judging self.

12.  Gaining the ability to love without expecting anything in return.

Thanks again Bob ... ... ... I had made a copy of this and put it in my pocket ... I had some 'banking' to do today that left me loose after about 11:30 a.m. ... SO, I went to our noon meeting which I only go to if I'm out and about these days ... ... ... Well, I was early and I was talking to an old timer and sat next to him just before the start of the meeting ... coffee in hand, I nearly spewed it all over the place when he announced I was the 'discussion leader' for the meeting ... ... (some of us are good for catching others way off guard) ...

Anyway, I recovered quickly and introduced myself and then asked if someone had a topic or was experiencing any problems today with their sobriety ... ... ... no response ... So, I introduced this subject and read your list ... Long story short, many people came to me afterward and said this was one of the best meetings ever ... and they thanked me ... I said I'll tell the guy who gave me the material to work with, so thanks for giving us a great meeting today Bob, it really was more exciting than usual ... (about 50+ in attendance) ...

Someone stole my copy so I'll have to make me another!!! ... ... ...

God Bless,

Pappy
