Update: Fell from rocks is September, busted the leg pretty bad, plates, screws, bone growth stimulators. After battling the Oxycodone thing I guess until late October, I limped through physical therapy--but the problem now is one of the breaks did not heal. The Doc's call it a non union and may require more surgery. My main job will not let me work with a broken bone, so I have been off the whole time, AND I may be out till May.
My complaint is that even with all the time off, my "to do" list has not shrunk!! My second job is construction, and I am working on a project house that is sucking the soul out of me. It is under contract for 1 Feb and to finish on time, is going to require 12 hour days. That being said, the rest of my life is very unorganized! I am trying to get the will to do just a few hours more to knock out the home projects. HOWEVER-- I am constantly saying to myself "Take it easy".
I think today I will work a bit on the project house, then work a bit on "fun" projects like my kids CT 70 Hondas. I will also try and take a layer off the paperwork pyle while watching a movie! To make it more frustrating, yesterday I knocked off early to go to the rifle range (which is just a clearing on 90 acres in the woods I rent with friends) with my kid, and I wanted to sight in my 30.06. Well, the gun has quite a kick and I had a very bad angle on the gun, (meaning my shoulder was not really on the butt of the gun, and when I fired, the scope came back and gave me a pretty good whack and a cut just above my eye. I am glad that was not on youtube! Sigh.

Hey Tom, ... Good to get an update on you ... sorry to hear that more surgery may be required ...
I do hate those days where I get up and nothing seems to go right ... they usually start with me pouring coffee all over the kitchen counter and then go downhill from there ... Those are the days that I make sure I get to a meeting ... cause I want to know someone else is struggling too ... LOL

Hey Guys, Thanks for the feedback! The day went well after all. I put in some carpet and then took a break and built a "Hog Pipe" which is a pipe filled with corn chained to a tree to bait for hogs. I am getting around on the leg gingerly. The break is screwed together and plated, so even though its broken, I can still walk on it. I am the owner of the house, and I still need to put in a bathroom! Yikes! I will be under the house for the next few days. Tom
