I love my sober life.

I'm so thankful for you = my AA family and home group away from home group : )

Hope everyone had a relaxing Labor Day.  Thanks to my HP for another beautifully laid out sober day.  I have so much to be grateful for today thanks to this program and all the love and support you have shown me.  This ordinary day has proven to be a small miracle:  I washed the kitchen floor with my daughter, and didn't "shew" her out of the room... in fact I encouraged her to help me, and boy did she ever, and she was so proud, and I didn't even "re-clean".  And I felt proud, and I felt like a real Mom for a moment.

She had to wait 3 yrs for her Mother to emerge, and she has never stopped waiting for me.  Someone was carrying her when I couldn't, and you helped me to see that.  Thank you all, and have a wonderful night.

Gratitude is a action and you show it by helping others and sharing your insights.

We went to a AA friends house for a cook-out yesterday and funny thing, their 3 yr old grandson was there. This kid was a maniac, I don't think I would have let him even near a bucket of water LOL
