To avoid situations in which you might make mistakes may be the biggest mistake of all.

There are people who are always anticipating trouble, and in this way they manage to enjoy many sorrows that never really happen to them."

Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything

Do the one thing you think you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire. This is your moment. Own it.

WORRY.  It reminds me of a rocking chair.  You're rocking away, but you are really never going anywhere.

You are so right gr8fl2dy.  Think of this - you may be going nowhere - so slow down or speed up (do it differently) but you also have the choice to stop - get off and try something new maybe a different kind of chair perhaps - one with wheels.  Just another way to look at it.
