Very nice thank you. It reminds me of how very important the little talks we have before and after the meetings are, while washing up and putting things away. I have heard it be said before to hurry up and start the meeting its not a social club. But these are the moments when we get that winking with a inner smile, knowing that every little conversation matters
Its part of my responsibility to hang around and mix and why would I want to rush in and out of any meeting in a hurry anyway.
