Morning all. Just thought I put a gratitude list down today...

Today I am grateful...

that my Mom taught me how to thread a needle, so I could fix a hem at 5 am for my daughter.

that the buck I almost hit with my car last night is eating my grass this morning. What a beautiful sight.

that God, in his wisdom, let someone figure out that grinding coffee beans and boiling them makes an elixer.

that I wake up sober for another day and realize that no matter what happens throughout the day, I can always depend on the people I have met through AA to show me what true love is.

that I have met all of you wonderful people here and can call each one friend.

Love you all, cheri

Today I'm grateful for the sun that is shining through the window as I sit at my Pc, that I'm so blessed to have. In this part of the world by now , we almost always have had snow, but not yet.

I'm grateful for the freedom I have on this Veteran's Day...

I'm grateful that tomorrow I will travel 100 miles to an AA Gratitude meeting, fellowship with many who I haven't seen in awhile, meet new people, and will get to see my kids afterwards.

I thank my God each day for His leading and guiding, for sending me to this board and the great group of recovering alcoholics here.

Have a great  sober 24.

(((Hugs)))
