keep it simple

column form

names first, then resentments

go back through our history

I'm resentful at:

LinBaba-Ago

The Reason:

He was mean to me, and yelled at me

start the beginning of your life and move forward

gain a head of steam, get pissed, remember -everything-

only do first 2 columns, who you pissed at and why

read and reread instructions in BB and 12 by 12, keep writing, I had resentments for one person show up in other peoples columns

ex:

I'm resentful at:

Best friend

Reason:

10 pages of ex girlfriend, although 2 names up she had appeared and I had written "no resentment"

follow the instructions -exactly-

resentments

fears

relationships

do one thing at a time, one column at a time

ask your sponsor for help in doing the rest of the columns, also google "joe and charlie" fourth step pages, they provide columns

keep it simple

be thorough

did I mention keep it simple and be thorough?

start writing and it will write itself

Steve,

Here is a link to a 4th step worksheet that I give to sponcees. Before the instructions on the "resentments" part there is a lot of examples of potential resentments that people have.

If you use this, I would suggest you fill the forms out to the best of your ability based on what comes to mind, then go back and look at the examples and see if some other resentments you might have come to mind.

You might become overly focused on the ideas examples if you just pull from them first.

Good luck,
