Beautiful, thank you Gladlee! So often I have realized that I don't need to send out a complicated shout out to God, that my God is here with me always. A simple "Help." or "Thanks." or "I see You." is enough. The important thing is to keep a constant contact, to keep spiritually connected and fit through daily maintainance.
