Anyone have the slightest clue how to form an Alano Club?

For the past 16 years, the owner of a 12-step shop in my city of 100,000 has rented out her basement to AA groups which now make up 30% of the total meetings in the city (29 per week). This has come to an abrupt end and we are now all scrambling to find new homes for our meetings (11 groups) in the 21 remaining days of the 35-day notice we got from the owner of the shop. Lesson hopefully learned about unhealthy dependence by a large number of groups on a single person. Short term, most of us will probably find some solution but it will probably not be ideal and the groups will probably be scattered about and lose some attendance. I and some others would like to see a long-term solution happen that could bring us back together in one place as before. Has anyone participated in the forming of an Alano Club, or have any knowledge of what the necessary steps would be?

Since clubs are not A.A. you are pretty free to form them however you'd like.

Most places set up a non-profit corporation who's purpose is to provide meeting space and hold social functions for A.A. and/or other 12-step groups.

There are some pamphlets at aa.org about clubs, service centers and hotlines.
