A lesson based on personal experience!

When trying to move up the ladder of life be very careful.  The closer you get to the top...the futher the fall.

Violet took this picture at hospital before we knew the wrist in sling was also fractured. i guess the shock kept the pain in it at bay longer than my right wrist. This was after they washed a bunch of paint off my face, neck and forehead. i have a pic of that too. lol

See? Nothing keeps me away from MIP!

So sorry. Ladders are the cause of most at home accidents. Ouch!

Best to you on your recuperation,

Thought about you as I was up and down my own ladder today...Securing myself was keeping my mind by the second on where I was at and what I was doing.  I'm coating with elastomeric and once it is down on the roof and still wet it doesn't provide a very calm feeling if you step back into it.  I just happened to get it spilled all over my right roof shoe and that kept me alert until I was done for the day.   Also had to focus on the reflective solar heat affect back into my body...that can evaporate any energy available down into short periods of time.   It's done for now and I'm down getting ready to go to a meeting and praying and hoping you heal up better than original ... (((hugs))) smile

I think he was working (pressure washing a building).   Get better soon John!  Could've been a LOT worse.  I'm grateful that it wasn't.

I think God wanted to make sure you knew He was in the drivers' seat. Looks like you won't be driving for awhile! lol

Ladders are the cause of most home accidents, huh? That's it! I'm back to standing on chairs, especially those that swivel...

Seriously, I'm sorry you got hurt. Beware of pain meds. PEACE! Heather
