I am so excited--beginning vacation mid-week, will hook up w/my sister and then be fully present, fully involved, fully welcome at my daughter's wedding!!! She will have TWO sober parents there, an absolute miracle if there ever was one.

Awww Leeu enjoy! I too attended and was part of my oldest daughters wedding in August. It was a beautiful day! I was able to absorb the whole day due to the program. There was a bar but no participation on my part. My ex, Erins dad even paid for extra hour and half for the bar to stay open. I just smiled and said its your bill lol. I even had a sister early in recovery there and she too enjoyed the day. By the grace of God. Enjoy it to the fullest!!!!
