Thanks for speaking out. I belong to another recovery website too as well -aside from "MIP", which from my perspective seems to be running smoothly, all things considered. Don't get me wrong, there is an occasional hiccup from time to time, but nothing major. The worst thing I ever witnessed was some lingering resentments, but that's about it.

Remember, it's the internet and things are bound to happen. I can't control the content, but I can take alternative measures if need be. My first inclination, would be to turn the channel or in this case the web page, especially if it bothers me that much. You can also contact the moderator if you feel brave enough.  I hope this helps.
