gone back to basics.
Yesterday I wrote out my gratitude list instead of keeping it in my head. Wrote down the step3,7 &11 prayers and use them. Re read the first 164 pages highlighting several passages. At least one meeting a day and talk to sponsor every day and all my sponsees. We're getting there. Booked for Birmingham convention and cannock convention.

I too have had to go back to basics. My anxiety is lessening, still there but diminishing, blood pressure was all over the shop but down now. I hope you have a good time at the convention and that all improves for you.
