Go me.  And all of you.  This song is *not* what you think.

It's what you kept telling yourself.

Keep on keepin' on. headbang.gif

@ leeu :I just meant the song title is "Not an Addict" when after you listen to the lyrics it's clear she knows she IS and she's trying to rationalize.

@ mental defect: surround yourself with people who understand and support you. All I had to do was come to the mental conclusion that I was, in fact, an addict.

And for everyone else: It feels like home.

Amy!! I am the world's biggest candy-ass.
I'm CRYING for you I am SO happy! Yer awesome in so many ways! I have friends, single moms who are struggling, and when you post this I realize that what the NA book says is true oh god so f&%king true... (p.42)

"Although our minds told us that we would never make it, the paople in the Fellowship gave us hope by insisting that we could recover. We found that no matter what our past thoughts and actions were, others had felt and done the same. Surrounded by fellow addicts we realized that we were not alone any more. Recovery is what happenes in our meetings."

You are recovery. You are experience. You are strength. You are hope.

Peace,
Rob
