Are you guys catching this? It's amazing, the moon looks close enough to throw a rock at and more 3 dimensional then I have ever seen it, multi hued in shades of red and rust that change while staring at it, it looks surreal like something from a planetarium, the cloud cover has come and gone and the sky is as clear as I have ever seen it making the whole effect similar to going to the planetarium on acid to watch a Pink Floyd laser light show, however this beggars that

it's pretty cool, photos here

It's full daylight over here, last night the sky was cloudy, so no, can't see the lunar eclipse.

But I can see my feet as they are no longer eclipsed by my belly!

The eclipse got clouded/snowed out here although it didn't stop the dog from barking at the moon or lack thereof all night.  I was looking forward to taking some pics of it but I didn't have high hopes.

Wow that is super cool. Thanks for the link LinBaba. I like the second part of the eclipse where it turns back from colors to black and white.
