To you all...and thanks for the responses to the Spiritual Transference post
a few days back.  With your feedback and support from my local group I am
now back in balance and remembering what it was like in the past when I
let go of the process and the outcome and walk to the solutions attended
by my Higher Power and the fellowship.  Another "no guarantee" reminded.

I reached out to a local brother in recovery who has a history of relapse along
with the history of renewed growth on all levels and I leaned agains my car
and just listened to him readjust my perspective from his experiences and
awareness.  Took him a few minutes and he helped me back to center  LOL
this guy also is built in height and hug capacity that when he hugs me my
back pops back into alignment...he can often hear it and feel it and that is
not why he hugs me.  Sooo funny and right on.

Surgery is tomorrow at 9:30 and that process is also causing gratitudes already.

Stay grateful, eat like it was all made just for you and help clean the kitchen.

Aloha Kakou!!   ((((hugs)))) smile

Happy Thanksgiving to all of You and the rest to follow this thread.
I have so many blessings to be grateful for and can only pray that God help me show my gratitude for each and every one of them.

Hope the surgery goes well for you Jerry  smile.

It is so wonderful to be sober every day and take particular note at the Holidays, cuz there were plenty of em' that I was drunk.

Thank God for Alcoholics Anonymous!!

I was asked what I'm thankful this year. After giving it some thought, I decided I was most thankful that my list was too long to pick only one thing. Happy Thanksgiving to my AA friends and family.

Thanks Jerry and all. Thanks for keeping me sober, everything else that I could possibly be sober for depends on it.
