I thank God that despite myself and my circumstances, he kept me sober and held me in the palm of His hands. I want to thank the AA fellowship for it's support. I want to say thanks to this forum and all the people behind the scenes who make it possible to be online. I also want to thank all the people who take time off to post here. I just want to say that without all of you people around, it would have been a lonely 22 year journey, but these years have been the best years of my life never to be repeated in this lifetime.
Congratulations Gonee,..thank you so much for contiuing to carry the message of hope to the still sick and suffering and giving back what you were so freely given!Staying God centered, working in the "solution" our spiritual principles and freely giving back keeps us moving forward, one day at a time choosing happiness, joy and freedom!!!! ((((((((GONEE)))))) If God is for us,who can be against us!!!!!!

Congrats Gonee! You've been sober over 1/2 my life. It's people like you that give me hope for the future. Thanks for the work you've done that have helped me stay sober...just for today.
It's people like you who give me hope for the future. All of you here, with more time than me, make this journey seem possible just by reading of your accomplishments. I thank you all.
I also relate by experience to what ferrisdp shared. I always tear up at the renewed feeling of hope I get from the fellowship and it comes back and gives back. Congradulations Gonee for those approximately 8030 days you have done one after another and then shared the experience with this fellowship as a whole and as individuals.
Thank you for your 22 years of earnest love, joy & service, Gonee. I sense & see such a beautiful sobriety in you & what you bring to & share with us here@MIP. Yours is a gentle & solid message of faith in this program & Alcoholics Anonymous. You are a wonderful example & an inspiration in abundance. I hope you will keep coming back & giving of your experience, strength & hope. I thank you & praise you in the name of your own God's understanding ;) Recovery Love from Liverpool, U.K. Danielle x
