Trying to turn it over to the best of my ability. Having relationship issues and my default setting is to dive right in and fix everything. I need to know the end result of all this now. With this thinking I've kicked god out of the drivers seat and replaced him with me. Not a good idea.
What I've learned and very grateful for. I surrendered this morning, like I do each day, to my HP. I asked him for the knowledge of his will for me and the ability to carry that will out. I asked for patience to allow him to reveal more. I'm not sure what his plan is for me but through the program I've learned he knows more than I and always gives me what I NEED and not necessarily what I want. So I sit here typing trying to keep a clear and calm head and replace fear with faith. I also am trying to learn to not be fearful of talking or posting about my feelings or ideas.
Like it says in the Big Book- I can not be completely happy until I learn to live life on life's (gods) terms. Nothing, absolutely nothing happens in gods world by accident.
Hey MikeB ,,,It was expressed to me thru writings of a spiritual nature, that God'splan is for us to be everything He intended us to be,however He will leave thedetails up to us! My acceptance is that I now believe I am where I am supposed to be as I strive to do the will of my HP each day and practice the spiritual priciples of our fellowship! When I move aside, let it happen the miracles continually occur!Have a blessed and productive day............

Thanks for this Mike B -- this has helped me today too. Yep, was going nuts today with a few things over which I have very little control, seeing "poor me" wanting to creep right back in again. Just like you say, it's there in the Big Book. Ask for God's will for us to be revealed and for the ability to carry it out. Simple as that (simple, but not sometimes not easy -- it's easy for me to be *try* and be boss, never easy for me to sort out the wreckage that my failed attempts at boss-dom tends to create).
