As much as I hate to admit it , I believe the study is pretty accurate. I thank God I hit my bottom when I was 30, 20 years ago. I 'm almost positive many of my health problems are caused by the 17 years I drank. I have an auto-immune disease. I never thought I would make it to 30, but now I look forward to 90.We won't discuss my brain, I know what day it is and I can still turn on the computer.
