Gratitude to GOD and for the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Hi All,

Well this was sort of weird, but really great, turned out in a good way, I just made a Post about having Fear attacks, a lot of them, and Praying each and every time, and being relieved, but when I read the Post, it did not seem to be something I was really connected to, only super imposed over my own sense of well being, and utter Gratitude to God for Help, and to this awesome AA Program.

Ok, that's my Post, always grateful, and just for today can be so humbled to God, for allowing me to remain sober, and Help me also with some Sober thinking...as in Emotional Sobriety.

Hope this made some sense, but if it did not, just saying hello to all of you.

Toni

Toni...Like what you said about it being 'superimposed over your sense of well being'...that resonated with me and gave me something to think about (a personal situation) today. Thanks.

Just Toni, I wanted to let you know that I fully understand mixed emotions and/or feelings that change from moment to moment.

Right now I'm feeling fear, sadness, anxiety, resentment, guilt, gratitude, forgiveness, hope, love, faith, and happiness. Go figure.

I love you all.
Thanks for being here.
