Again, Welcome Julie!

I call this MIP forum my "nights & weekend" meetings. Sometimes I just listen, and sometimes I share. The MIP forum reminds me that we're a worldwide community of fellowship with a primary purpose; to stay sober and to help other alcoholics achieve sobriety. I can reach out at midnight without worrying a Friend on my phone list.

Welcome Julie, and keep coming back. We're always here for you. Well...unless the power goes out. smile.gif

Welcome Julie. I'm glad your here, and hope you'll keep coming back. I've personally found much strength and hope, along with much wisdom here at MIP, and have found this place to be my shelter during the storms of life.

Welcome Julie! Glad to have you aboard.  Would love to learn and hear more about you.  MIP has been a great lifeline for me and it has also been somewhat of a journal throughout my first year of sobriety.  I type mega fast and I do not like writing with a pen...I was recommended to start a journal when I first began in sobriety.  I got one, but didn't really write in it much after 70 days or so.  I thought about why that was and realized I found this site at that time and it became my journal and then some.  A journal where I get wise feedback and encouragement.  How awesome is that?  So stick around and help us all stay sober,

Mark

Welcome to MIP, Julie. Here's wishing you well to your 2nd year of sobriety 1Day@aTime. I hope you'll stay with us & share how you're doing. The first 3yrs of recovery have been a challenge & very exciting learning how to stay sober & involving myself in all the lovely things I can do now that I'm not preoccupied with that lazy juice which had me deferring my life repeatedly.

I'm loving how I'm learning today & I love the fellowship I have with so many of you who share this primary purpose with & help me in the strength to face life head on everyday & keep on trying for the things I hope for on a daily basis. I am grateful for my sobriety. I hope you're enjoying yours too. The work's hard but the wages are good ;) Love, Danielle x
