Thank You everyone,

Yesterday was sort of a lost day for me.  Had an ankle that looked like a big baseball, from stepping on a large round rock the evening before,  so hobbled around and then gave in and slept the afternoon away, with a sigh of Oh well. Nothing is ever a big deal in Recovery, right..

But today is so much better, had this Ace bandage on SO tight, and walla, all the swelling is now gone.  So I am celebrating tonight.

Will always be so very humbled and grateful for the Spiritual aspect of this AA Program. That is the only reason I am here.

So as a dear friend is always saying....ONWARD!
