Hi guys,

Just like to let you know I started on the steps last night and really starting to feel more positive.  It really does seem to be true, though 2 weeks ago I wouldn't have believed it, but just the simple act of surrender and willingness to engage in and work the program is more liberating than any of my futile efforts previously.  It feels like I'm starting a new chapter, a new life.  Not that it's all easy, I'm having to turn and face a lot of things that I've been running from for so long now.  With the knowledge of a higher power I can do this.  Strange things are happening!  Coincidences too numerous to be mere coincidence.  I feel like I'm in the right place at the meetings and so many people talking about MY LIFE! almost to the letter in many cases.  About to embark on my step 4, Think I need to stock up on pens, reckon I'm gonna get through a few :)

Anyway, hope to catch some of you on the chatroom at some point.

Take care all

Still Sober,

Bren.

Its amazing isnt it? The more meetings we go to the better we feel.

We are all in the same boat, helping each other plug up the leaks.

Nice to feel a part of, and fit in somewhere hu?
