Hey Guys-thanks for the support

Thanks for all your support yesterday guys. We all have our bad days. I just had a few in a row.:) I guess the main thing is we work through it--we get through it, and become stronger because of it all.

Im at a point where Ive got to make a couple big decisions in life, over the next couple of weeks and Ive really had to dig deep for a couple of answers.

I know the answers will  come, if one just takes it easy, and lets them come. Those questions have pretty well been answered, and I really dont like what they are. --so one fights with them.

Its a matter I think of going to the eleventh step, and asking what the Higher Powers will is for me--accepting those answers, and having faith that itll be ok, whatever happens.

Anyway-things are better today, and attitudes on a positive note. You all have a great day

------------

Ps -Yu know it really gets my goat some times what doctors can wheel and deal with.

Went to a family doctor yesterday that took me off clinical depression pills a while ago-- that according to a specialist I was suppossed to take for life.

And A pill ide been taking besides that--Ide cut back on-and it had to do with anxiety.

I just got a call from the specialist who was imformed by my family doctor of his actions.

The specialist just called me and bluntly informed me that both pills work in unison with each other, that I must take the full dosage every day, of both, for life. If I dont do that, the pysical stuff starts to affect everything else, and everything goes out of whack again, mentally and emotionally. I told him what had been happening in that area--either up or way down some days, and shared that the last two weeks were nothing but emotional hell, and I was reacting to all those off key  emotions.Gads!!

Just came from the drug store and feel better than I have in a while. Its great to be me again. I hate taking these damned things, but I guess thats just the way it is, when one gets to be a young oldtimer.

Man!! The things we can do to ourselves sometimes.:)

Then theres the fact--re doctors that some just dont know what each other is really doing.

Oneward we go!!  And it feelsgood  to be on an even kneel again. Thanks guys.

Many must cease attributing his problems
to his environment, and learn again to
exercise his will - his personal
responsibility in the realm of faith
         and morals.
                 Albert Schweitzer

There's a tendency to blame people, places and things for our problems.
After all, no one as smart as us could get into so much trouble without
outside help.

We have to quit assessing blame and take responsibility for our own
actions.  Most of the trouble we get into is the result of ignoring the
guidance of our Higher Power.  Others may be ignoring their own inner
guidance, but that's their concern, not ours.

Because all people are equal in God's eyes, when we blame others for
our problems, we are really hurting ourselves.  Looking for someone to
blame for a problem only prolongs the solution and puts distance between
us and God.  Blame is a hindrance to our spiritual progress.

When things seem to be going wrong,
I have no one to blame.  I will make
         conscious contact with God and,
         there, learn what to do.

Phil,

I really relate to the medical stuff.  I hate taking pills too but have to also.  Sometimes the doctors scare the heck out of me.  I was released from the hospital after surgery with written orders to take two medications that interacted with each other a few months ago.  That was cleared up after a phone call, but it caused me a lot of anxiety that was (at the very least) poorly timed.

I'm glad to hear you are doing better.  :)
