Hi everyone


Sorry I have not visited for a while. The thing is I have been diong some serious contemplating about my life and how I want to go forward.  I managed to get the courage to call a contact here.  She was so helpful, unjudgemental and shared with me things about her life that sounded like she was actually referring to my life.


Anyway I got to a meeting and it was such a huge relief.  Not what I expected , well kinda, very casual and no airs and graces about it.  Just what I needed real people sorting through real character defects just like me. 


I will write again soon. It is 7am here time for the school run.

Hi Suzy,


I'm so glad you got to a meeting. The hardest part of meetings is walking in the first time. After that, it gets so much easier.
