This is Estela, she has been going to meetings for over 2 years. She was rescued from Spain by my wife. When she started going to meetings she was still easily scared. Her confidence has grown and our fellow members have commented that meetings have done her the world of good as well.
She refuses to drink alcohol, my wife has tried to see if she wanted some beer or wine and she refuses to go near them.
That's awesome. Thanks for sharing. My wife and I also rescued our dog and she's the epitome of the word gratitude. She's happy with her new life and the things in it. She's a reminder for me of the word Gratitude.
Welcome to both you & Estela, Davey. She looks so wise, gentle & unconditionally loving.. I'm inspired!
