I know I'm a little late but the journey here has been so indicative of the journey I have been on for the last 11 months.
I think it is absolutely amazing that I have not even come close to having the urge to have a drink since getting down here. Alcohol is widely consumed and my friends down here respect, and support my sobriety. That was the best Christmas present I could ever get.
It is so good to meet, greet, and make new friends being sober.
Happy New Year !

Very Cool Scott. I actually lived in Bermuda as a child for a couple years as Dad was a Navy pilot. My Wife and I vacationed there a couple years ago. Stayed at Elbow Beach Resort. The beaches really do have pink sand. I have a bottle of it, that I brought back, on my desk. Riding scooters on the wrong side of the road (and clockwise around traffic circles) is crazy. You learn real fast to look to right first before crossing the street. My Wife pulled me back onto the sidewalk just in time once where I would've gotten hit by a truck. ouch! Have a great time and don't drink.
Godbless, Scott. Sounds Awesome! I hope you're having a wicked time & I'm really pleased for all the support you have. You deserve the Best. Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year, my friend ~ Danielle x
