I had this horrible pain in my toungues (or should i say I HAVE a pain in my tounge)  I braved it for days and it got worse and worse!  this Wed/ ct. 1 i am going in to have the tumor removed and a biopsy done.  I am a little scared but to tell the truth alcholhol is easing the pain and the worry.  I know what I am doing is wrong, but I dont see any other way.  Plwase love me and pray for me.

Hi Allison, You are loved in my book. I will be thinking of you dear soul. I pray it all turns out for you. That is very scary.

Quotable Healing - Quote of the Day

The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing, and face us with the reality of our powerlessness, that is the friend who cares.

Henri Nouwen

I am a friend who cares. Please PM if you need to. God bless you Rosie

You're loved, Hun. But GOOD LORD!!!! What's it going to take. You could have least waited to find out the test results! If it's terminal, then by all means, if you still feel the same, indulge!!!!!

I live in chronic physical pain daily, some days it's absolutely mind blowing,  I don't drink over it...It's called life on life's terms... Geeesh..........
I hope you make it back......

(((hugs)))

We all go through our pain to relate to the still suffering. Only someone who knows chronic pain understands chronic pain. Only someone who has had the fear of cancer understands that fear. So one suggestion is to find someone as soon as you are sober. Open up. He will do the rest.
May God's Will for you be done,
Marc.
