for a year now my back has been in such pain I cant stand or walk more than 5 minutes before my back gives out and I fall. Well I went to an orthopedic doc yesterday./ This JERK told me there is nothing wrong with my back he said my back hurts cause I am FAT!!!!! I told him where to stick it and left his office while he was still talking to me. This frustration and anger wanted me to drink soooooo bad!! But I didnt thank God!! Live on Lifes Terms sure is hard! Love you all! Allison
hang in there. I know that sometimes when I feel like all doctors are bad I remember that some doctors are bad and some are good. Some lack the compassion and understanding that I need. I have found good doctors, but I had to do the work! Argh! Wish it wasn't so! Thanks for sharing! Noah alcoholic
Just hang in there. I'm lucky that I have a great doctor who understands alcoholism and listens to me. But, I know not all doctors are like that. It might be worth you hunting around and seeing if you could find a more compassionate orthopedic doctor.
