I went to my first f2f Al-Anon meeting tonight. I cried off and on throughout it but I did speak - childlike though. cry I bought Courage to Change One Day at a Time in Al-Anon II.

ESH would be appreciated.

Al-Anon rocks. It has transofrmed my life through the person in my family who attends. Great gorup, and I hope you enjoy involvement with them.

Way to go launchas. I used to attend alanon meetings back in the day when my husband first started aa years ago....Loved it but kinda gave it up when he started drinking again, go figure and my drinking about took off then. Duh!!!! Hope to start attending again so thanks for the reminder!
