Well lo and behold I have six months today! Woohoo! Nothing like hitting 45 years old and being sober!!!!
Where has the time gone! Its flying by so fast!!!!
Random thoughts: I was thinking last night, what if I died right this second! Would I have said my life was full? Did I touch anyone's life by listening , caring, or just by being there? Would there be anything I wish I would have done or not done differently? Was my life worthwhile? Im glad to say that today I can be happy with the life Ive lead only because I choose sobriety! Yea theres a few things I still need to work on, but for the most part, Ive lived my life to the fullest and am one happy camper today!!!! (we'll see how long that lasts!!!lol)

Many congratulations on six months!!!! That is a wonderful achievement. Well done.
I loved what you said about now being able to be happy with the life that you have because you are sober. These days, I'm content and happy with my life in a way I never was when I was drinking. Sobriety is great!
Well done, Lani. I'm so glad that you are here sharing your ES&H with us all.
Have a great day.
