Nope, me and god had our differences but we're cool with each other now...buddies for life!
The neat thing is that one of the reasons my god wants me to succeed is so I can rub in everyones face. We're kind of alike in that way.
Seriously though, all kidding aside, I've never been able to get a handle on the whole spiritual "as we understood him" idea until recently. It feels pretty good
Welcome back, Tipsy.. You first.. ES&H.. ;) Danielle
Ps. Forgive the shortness of this reply. I'll return with a fuller sharing on some spiritual awakening &/or coming to believe in the next couple of nights. In the meantime, feel free to honour us with a little more of your own! Hoping to hear more from you soon, James :)

I have no idea who you are, since I'm pretty new around here (and to sobriety, too) but your moniker is funny as hell. Then again, I don't really remember the first several weeks of sobriety, so maybe we're friends.
Anyway, good for you on the whole spiritual awakening thing. Sure wish I'd have one, and quick.
Great to see you posting again!!! Its been a while and glad all is well! We're still hangin in there!!! Lani

Why....... Tipsy O' Boy........Put a little elbow grease into any job and it'll get done. Nice to know that things are going well for you. As far as, we "jerks" thinking you were a lost cause.......I beg to differ with you. I do believe time and again we (in so many words) told you you could do it (sobriety). It was a sort of "lead the horse to water, but you can't make him drink" thing. Glad your thirst (for sobriety and its blessings) is being quenched! Welcome Back, Learning
Hm, you folks don't seem as jerkish as I remember.
I think it's pretty obvious what's happened here...while I was busy sobering up everyone changed and became nicer people. Oddly enough the same thing happened at work and at home too :)
