Thank you all for your recent help with my "Kick Myself in the Butt/Get over It" post.

I found a great deal of help in writing out a Step 10, and I have made a good start in doing this regularly. I am also taking some time at night BEFORE I am dog-tired and passing out, to review the day and give stuff to God. I do find myself, at this point in recovery, refreshed and excited with each new day, but in my down-time, my sense of encouragement wanes and this is when doing a little 'pen-to-paper' work helps a lot.

I have re-visited the online step worksheets too, and even though I have gone through the steps one by one several times now, I should like to pull out specific ones here and there to work out. (Like right now it is Step 6). Once we have worked through the basics, we are suppsed to keep the steps alive in our lives, and for me it means making a "pit-stop" on the worksheets and in the Big Book to refuel my tank sometimes.

Thank you all for the encouragement and support, and ES&H!!

Love,
Joni
